What GREAT SERVICE on one of, if not, the hottest days ever in Paso Robles! Must have been at least 116 degrees! My poor 91-year-old mother was sweltering inside her home without air conditioning. It was 93 degrees inside, and we were having to wipe down my mother with wet wash rags to cool her off (as well as the caregiver and me, her daughter). The technician showed up within a couple hours and fixed my mom’s air conditioner within 20 minutes. We were so relieved! Excellent customer service. I called regarding maintenance for my furnace, and the office staff helped me to determine which services made sense and which ones didn’t. On the day of the appointment, the dispatcher alerted me in advance that the technician was on his way, and he arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous. Reminder for 6-month checkup was timely and courteous. Also called on day of appointment to confirm and advise arrival time. Christian was punctual, polite, and thorough. Arrived with face mask (Covid-19) and shoe covers. He went over all the components inside and out testing, cleaning, and adjusting. Replaced air filter.
